Today's card shows the lagoon map with its given cells only, your time band, streak and the days to launch; a card for an earlier day shows that day's flock. Never today's answer.

Stand one flamingo in every row, every column and every lagoon pool, and never let two touch. 8×8 on weekdays, the 10×10 full flock at the weekend, a 6×6 warm-up, brushes and drag-paint, live rule checks, one hint, a streak, personal bests and a spoiler-free result to share. A fan puzzle on an imagined lagoon, never a map of the game.

How to play

The lagoon is a grid split into coloured pools, one per row of the grid. Stand exactly one flamingo in every row, every column and every pool, and never let two flamingos touch, not even corner to corner. Tap a cell to cycle it, or pick a brush and drag; a row or column marker turns green when its flamingo stands and red when the line holds two or has nowhere left for one, a pool fades once it is claimed, a flamingo turns red when it breaks a rule, and the checks only ever look at the rules, never at the answer. Undo and Clear all are there when a pool goes wrong. Every lagoon is checked when the site is built by a solver that stands the flock row by row under the same rules you use (the given cells, one per column and pool, no touching), so each has exactly one answer and opens with at least one cell the rules force; the 6×6 warm-ups fall to the rules alone, with no guessing at all.

Tip one: a pool that fits inside one row owns that row. If every open cell of a pool sits in a single row, that pool's flamingo has to stand there, so every other cell of the row, in other pools, is water straight away; the same holds for a pool that fits in one column, and for two pools that together fit in two rows. Small pools are where to start. Tip two: a flamingo rules out the eight cells around it. So before you stand one, look at what it would touch: a cell that touches every open cell of a pool that still needs its flamingo can never hold one, and once a pool is down to a single open cell its flamingo has to stand there, which turns the cells around it to water and often claims the next pool.

Everyone gets the same lagoon on the same UTC day: 8×8 on weekdays, the 10×10 full flock at the weekend, and newcomers can switch on the 6×6 warm-up, which still counts. One hint a day marks one cell the rules force, says which rule, and marks the result as assisted. When the last flamingo stands the flock settles pool by pool, the sun drops to the water and the lagoon warden signs off with your time; Give up shows the flock and ends the day without a stand. The archive lets you play any earlier day's lagoon and practice lagoons come from a spare pool; both are marked and never count. Flamingo Flock is a fan puzzle on an imagined lagoon: nothing here traces a map of GTA 6 or of any real coast, the pools are abstract shapes and never a logo, nothing comes from a leak, and nothing is presented as official. Questions

What are the rules?

The lagoon is a grid split into coloured pools, one pool per row of the grid. Stand exactly one flamingo in every row, every column and every pool, and never let two flamingos touch, not even at a corner. The marker beside a row or under a column says how many flamingos it holds: always one. A few cells may be given from the start. Every lagoon here has exactly one answer.

How do I mark a cell?

Tap a cell to cycle it: open, flamingo, water, open. Or pick a brush (Flamingo or Water) and every tap paints that; drag across cells to paint a run of water; tap the brush again to go back to cycling. On a keyboard the arrows move the cursor, Space stands a flamingo (again to open the cell), Backspace marks water (again to open it), Delete opens, Enter checks, U undoes. Undo takes back the last change and Clear all empties the lagoon (the given cells stay). No soft keyboard ever opens.

What do the highlights mean?

A row or column marker turns green once its line holds its one flamingo, and red when the line holds two or has no open cell left for one. A pool fades once its flamingo stands. A flamingo turns red when it shares a row, column or pool with another or touches one. The checks only ever look at the rules, never at the answer. One hint a day marks one cell the named rules force, says which rule, and marks the result as assisted. Give up shows the flock and ends the day without a stand.

What is the warm-up?

A 6×6 lagoon for newcomers, switched on with the Warm-up toggle (remembered on this device). Every warm-up falls to the named rules alone, with no guessing. It counts as the day's solve; the 8×8 weekday and 10×10 weekend lagoons are what the best times are about.

Is this the game's map?

No. Flamingo Flock is a fan logic puzzle on an imagined lagoon. Nothing here traces any map of the game or of any real coast, the pools are abstract shapes and never a logo, nothing comes from a leak, and nothing is presented as official. For the real map work on this site, see the interactive map and the region guides.
